Palletways consists of a network of over 100 highly professional logistics companies, centred on a 350,000 sq ft hub operation in Staffordshire. The network has the capacity to handle over 32,000 pallets every day. All members of the network have their own individual identity but are committed to working together as a whole, collecting and delivering pallets for each other. All members utilise the bespoke Palletways Sirius IT system ensuring complete consignment visibility across the network.

Currently over 250 members trunk vehicles are processed through the hub every night between 9.30pm and 4.00am the next morning, the fastest turn around in the industry.

The 24 Hour Distribution Cycle
	The Palletways member's trunk vehicle arrives at the local depot after picking up goods from the central hub.			The member's delivery vehicles are loaded and commence distribution of goods to their final destination.
	The member starts collecting goods from customers in their respective postcode area then returns them to its depot for input into the Palletways system.			The first of 250 members's trunk vehicles arrives at the Palletways hub, where the goods are processed for despatch.
	The last of the member's trunk vehicles departs the hub with its goods to be delivered on behalf of other members in the network and starts the journey to the local depot.			The trunk vehicle arrives at the local depot. This marks the end of the 24 hour distribution cycle.
